
Warranty & Returns Policy
All products sold by Wild Auto Parts come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing faults and defects, unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Some manufacturers may provide an additional warranty period, which will be noted on the relevant product page where applicable.
This warranty does not exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, including that products must be of acceptable quality, fit for their intended purpose and match the description provided.
Change of Mind and Incorrect Purchases
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases, so please check carefully before placing your order.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is suitable for their vehicle before purchasing. Please check your vehicle’s make, model, year and variant carefully.
If you are unsure whether an item will suit your vehicle, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to assist.
Please note, we are not responsible for products purchased incorrectly or installed incorrectly, unless the issue is due to an error in our product listing or the item supplied does not match the description.
Installation Requirements
Products must be installed correctly and used for their intended purpose.
Any electrical products, including globes, headlights, tail lights or similar items, should be installed by a licensed professional. Warranty claims for electrical products may be refused if the item has been incorrectly installed, modified, misused or installed by an unqualified person where professional installation is required.
Returns for Faulty or Defective Items
If you believe your item is faulty, defective or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at:

a description of the issue;
clear photos or videos showing the fault; and
any relevant installation details.
We may ask for the item to be returned for inspection. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items sent back to us without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and help resolve it.
For damaged items, please keep the product, packaging and any delivery labels, as these may be required for a carrier investigation.
Return Shipping
If an item is confirmed to be faulty, defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied by us, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs or provide a return shipping label where required.
If a return is requested for any reason not covered by Australian Consumer Law or our warranty policy, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds, Replacements and Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether your claim has been approved.
Depending on the issue, we may offer a repair, replacement, exchange or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Warranty Exclusions
Warranty claims may not be accepted where the issue has been caused by:
incorrect installation;
misuse, neglect or improper handling;
modification of the product;
normal wear and tear;
accidental damage;
use for a purpose the product was not intended for;
incorrect product selection by the customer; or
failure to follow installation instructions.
